1. Program Information

The Yield Method™ is an educational fascia release, mobility, body alignment and movement retraining program created by Teresia “Tess” Moss and provided through Body Mechanix Myotherapy.

The program provides educational information and guided fascia release, mobility, body alignment, movement retraining, breathing awareness and nervous system regulation practices.

The program is intended for educational and informational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Participation is voluntary. By purchasing and participating in The Yield Method™, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Participant Responsibility

By purchasing and participating in The Yield Method™, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, physical condition, judgement and safety at all times.

Participants are responsible for:

• working within their own comfort level;

• applying appropriate pressure and intensity during fascia release work and exercises;

• modifying, pausing or discontinuing any exercise, release technique, movement or breathing practice when necessary;

• never forcing movements or continuing techniques that feel unsafe or inappropriate for their body; and

• determining whether individual techniques and exercises are appropriate for them.

All movement, fascia release work, exercises, mobility retraining and educational practices are undertaken voluntarily.

3. Medical Notice

Please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if you:

• are pregnant;

• have osteoporosis or low bone density;

• have varicose veins;

• have heart or cardiovascular conditions;

• have cancer or a history of cancer;

• have recent or existing fractures or significant injuries;

• have chronic pain or significant inflammatory conditions;

• have broken skin, infections, bruising or wounds;

• have undergone recent surgery;

• have neurological or other medical conditions; or

• are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you.

Do not continue any exercise, fascia release technique, movement or breathing practice that causes sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, instability or symptoms that feel inappropriate.

The Yield Method™ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Results vary between individuals. No guarantee is made regarding pain relief, posture correction, mobility improvements, nervous system regulation, physical transformation, structural changes or any other particular outcome.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teresia Moss, Body Mechanix Myotherapy, The Yield Method™, The Yielder™ and any related entities will not be liable for injury, loss, damage, claim, adverse reaction or outcome arising directly or indirectly from participation in the program, use of its exercises, fascia release techniques, educational content, breathing exercises, mobility retraining practices, or use of The Yielder™ or alternative release tools, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

5. Refund Policy

The Yield Method™ Online Program includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting Tess Moss via email.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

6. Lifetime Access

Your purchase of The Yield Method™ Online Program includes lifetime access to the program.

Lifetime access means that no ongoing subscription or recurring payment is required to continue accessing the program.

The Yield Method™ may be updated, expanded, or improved over time. Content may be added, updated, replaced, or reorganised where appropriate, and purchasers will continue to have access to the program and any updates made available as part of their existing purchase.

The method of delivery, hosting platform, or technology used to provide access may change over time. If the current platform becomes unavailable or is replaced, reasonable efforts will be made to provide continued access to the program through an alternative platform or delivery method.

7. Personal Use, Account Access & Intellectual Property

All content included within The Yield Method™, including videos, text, graphics, PDFs, branding, exercises, methods, educational materials, program structure, and related content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The program and your account access are provided for your personal individual use only.

Login details and program access must not be shared with another person.

You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, upload, resell, record, modify, publish, teach, sublicense, commercially use or create derivative works from any part of The Yield Method™ without prior written permission from Teresia Moss / Body Mechanix Myotherapy.

Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of program material is prohibited.

Purchase of the program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with The Yield Method™.

8. Optional Purchase & Use of The Yielder™

The Yielder™ may be available as an optional purchase to eligible purchasers of The Yield Method™ Online Program and participants who have attended The Yield Method™ Workshop. Eligibility requirements are set out in Section 11.

Purchasing the Online Program does not require you to purchase The Yielder™.

Where you choose to purchase The Yielder™ directly in connection with your Online Program purchase or participation, your purchase and use of The Yielder™ are subject to the terms in this section and any additional product information, assembly instructions, or safety information supplied with the product or presented at the time of purchase.

The Yielder™ is designed as a self-release tool for use with techniques taught through The Yield Method™.

Users are responsible for:

• assembling The Yielder™ correctly in accordance with the instructions provided;

• checking that all components and connections are properly fitted and secure before use;

• positioning The Yielder™ on an appropriate, stable surface;

• inspecting the product before each use;

• not using the product if any component appears damaged, loose, unstable or excessively worn;

• using the product only for its intended purpose;

• selecting appropriate positioning, pressure and intensity; and

• discontinuing use if a technique causes sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, instability or other symptoms that feel inappropriate.

The Yielder™ must not be modified or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or supplied instructions.

The medical considerations outlined in Section 3 also apply to use of The Yielder™.

Results from use of The Yielder™ vary between individuals, and no particular physical or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

9. The Yielder™ — Product Issues & Consumer Guarantees

If The Yielder™ is faulty, damaged, defective or does not comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact Tess Moss / Body Mechanix Myotherapy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10. The Yielder™ — Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose carefully, as change-of-mind returns or refunds are not offered for The Yielder™.

This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where the product is faulty, damaged, defective, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

11. Eligibility to Purchase The Yielder™

The Yield Method™ Online Program may be purchased independently and does not require the purchase of The Yielder™.

The Yielder™ is not available for standalone purchase by members of the general public.

To be eligible to purchase The Yielder™, you must have either:

• purchased The Yield Method™ Online Program; or

• attended The Yield Method™ Workshop.

This requirement is in place to ensure that purchasers have received appropriate instruction and education in the intended use of The Yielder™ through The Yield Method™.

Purchase of The Yield Method™ Online Program does not automatically include The Yielder™ unless it is expressly offered and purchased as part of a package or bundle.

Purchase of The Yielder™ is optional and is a separate purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where an eligible participant subsequently purchases The Yielder™, the relevant Yielder™ provisions of these Terms & Conditions apply to that purchase, together with any additional terms, instructions or product information presented at the time of purchase.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, disputes arising in connection with the purchase, access, or use of The Yield Method™ Online Program or The Yielder™ will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing The Yield Method™ Online Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Where you subsequently purchase The Yielder™ directly in connection with your purchase of or participation in The Yield Method™ Online Program, you acknowledge that the relevant Yielder™ provisions of these Terms & Conditions apply to that purchase.
