Over 18 years as a deep tissue bodyworker specializing in alignment and imbalances, I helped many hundreds of clients create significant change through hands-on treatment.

After years in the bodywork industry, I came to a frustrating realization:

I originally developed this system to work on my own body in a way traditional treatments could not fully achieve.
By combining deep fascia release with corrective movement, mobility retraining, breathing, and nervous system awareness, I noticed something I had never experienced through traditional treatment alone:
